Cameron has significant experience acting for a variety of clients gained through a career at Mayne Wetherell and at top tier Australian and international firms.  Cameron’s experience covers a range of corporate transactions, with particular focus on M&A, private equity, special situations and capital markets.


  • ICIB Limited on its merger with BrokerWeb Risk Services (insurance). Bain Capital Credit and Arcadia Capital on their acquisition and recapitalisation of Ansett Aviation Training (aviation).
  • Xpansiv Limited on its US$400m convertible note investment from Blackstone, its proposed IPO process and earlier stage convertible note raisings (carbon and renewables markets).
  • Gresham Capital Partners on its acquisition of a majority interest in T.C Boxes (retail automotive) and the exit of its investment in BCI Media (construction services).
  • An underbidder to the privatisation of the Victorian vehicle licensing and registration operations (transportation).
  • A Temasek led consortium on its acquisition of Perfection Fresh (agribusiness).
  • Oaktree and its investee company DDH1 Limited in relation the IPO of DDH1 Limited (mining services).
  • GIC in relation to its investment in the International Towers development in Sydney (real estate)
  • Various offshore investors on real estate acquisition transactions and joint ventures – with a total investment exceeding A$3bn (real estate).
