Callum is a corporate law specialist, advising on public and private M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures and foreign investment matters.
Callum advises clients on their most significant and complex transactions, drawing on extensive experience gained both in New Zealand and during his time in London with Simmons & Simmons. He has acted across a broad range of industries, with particular experience in financial services, asset management, insurance, technology and consumer goods. He works with domestic and international clients, including listed companies, private equity sponsors, large corporates and family offices.
Callum brings a pragmatic and commercially driven approach to each mandate, guiding clients through all stages of the transaction lifecycle - from structuring and due diligence to negotiation and completion. Clients value his calm, solutions‑focused advice and his commitment to achieving clear, strategic outcomes.
Beyond his transactional practice, Callum also advises on day‑to‑day and strategic commercial matters, including major contracts, governance considerations and regulatory issues relevant to ongoing operations.
