Mayne Wetherell is delighted to have advised Tend Health Ltd on the financing that supported its acquisition of the medical division of Green Cross Health.
The acquisition combines Tend and Green Cross into a network of approximately 90 general practices serving around 550,000 patients, marking an important milestone in Tend's growth strategy and expansion within New Zealand's primary healthcare sector.
