- Acted for ANZ National Bank Limited, Bank of New Zealand and Westpac Banking Corporation as joint lead arrangers and senior financiers in relation to the refinancing of PGG Wrightson Limited’s existing financing arrangements.
- Acted for ANZ National Bank Limited and Westpac Banking Corporation as joint lead arrangers together with Bank of New Zealand, BOS International (Australia) Limited, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited as senior financiers in connection with the proposed acquisition by PGG Wrightson Limited of a 50% stake in Silver Fern Farms Limited.
- Acted for ANZ National Bank Limited, BOS International (Australia) Limited and Westpac Banking Corporation as senior financiers in connection with the acquisition by Pacific Equity Partners and ANZ Capital of NZ Poultry Holdings Limited (Tegel Foods).
- Acted for ANZ National Bank Limited, BOS International (Australia) Limited and Westpac Banking Coporation (and acceeding Lenders) as senior financiers in relation to a proposed refinancing of the existing financing arrangements provided to NZ Poultry Finance Limited (Tegel Foods).
- Acted for ABN AMRO, Barclays Bank, Calyon and Deutsche Bank as arrangers and financiers in relation to the acquisition by CCMP Asia and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Board of Yellow Pages Group for a purchase price exceeding NZ$2.1 billion.
- Acted for BOS International (Australia) Limited in connection with the financing arrangements provided to the Sarvee group of companies including the funding of the acquistion of the NME group of companies.
- Acted for Archer Capital in connection with the financing of the New Zealand operations of Red Paper and associated acquisitions.

- Acted for Westpac Banking Corporation as arranger in relation to the establishment of the MARAC securitisation programme.
- Acted for ANZ National Bank Limited and Westpac Banking Corporation in relation to amendments to the securitisation of retail finance receivables for Fisher & Paykel.
